Laprobeauty will require a retainer of 50% of individual services as a retainer.
(Retainers are to be paid immediately by Interac or cash the
day of booking and a signed contract to secure the date right away.
Retainer will be applied toward your makeup services. Your
retainer will be non-refundable and non-transferable for reasons including but
not limited to; cancellation of event, date change, family friend doing makeup
now, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.
If you are experiencing any covid19 symptoms you must cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you’ve had the covid19 vaccine in the last 2 weeks please cancel/reschedule your appointment.
If you have a common cold ,exposed skin, severe active breakouts that are oozing blood or puss, pink eye/stye or lip ulcers, ringworm or anything contagious you must cancel/reschedule your appointment.
If any of there symptoms are noticed, Laprobeauty has the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost as you’ve been told in advance the policies regarding this.
Travel appointments are only available for groups of 2 or more and bridal parties at one location per appointment.Â
A travel appointment
for 1 person will require a minimum fee payment of $100 + travel fees. For additional travel questions, please send an email to laprobeauty@yahoo.com. Travel fees start at $49.
If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, they will be subject to a late fee of $15.
After 15 mins, the appointment may be cancelled (depending on certain circumstances like clients booked after)
Accepted late clients will be subject to the late fees above plus their quoted makeup amount owing. Â
We respectfully ask that all cancellations be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call.
Deposits for cancelled appointments are non-transferable & non-refundable. Â
If you cancel your appointment
48hrs or more in advance you can use your previous pre-payment (ONLY APPLIES
ONE TIME)
You may reschedule the booking to a date within 2 months from the
original booking, anything later than this will be considered a new booking.
Any client that does not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full pre-appointment.
For my portfolio/website/advertising, I like to take before and after photos. If you are uncomfortable with your picture being taken, please let me know.
